Welcome to my site! I am a certified massage therapist located in Mount Shasta, CA. My passion for massage therapy is rooted in the belief that we are all capable of change. My goal is to help build a health and body conscious community by bringing awareness to the multitude of benefits manual therapy has to offer.

I believe that massage is a fundamental part of ongoing health and balance in our busy lives.
